Acceptance of Terms

By accepting a quote from Horizon Pressure Washing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Horizon Pressure Washing.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not accept the quote or use our services.

Service Terms

Quote Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, accessibility, and other factors discovered during the service. We will provide a final quote before beginning work if the actual cost differs significantly from the estimate.

Service Performance

We will perform services in a professional manner using industry-standard equipment and techniques. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee that all stains, marks, or discoloration will be completely removed, as some may be permanent or require specialized treatment.

Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and adequate access to the areas requiring service. You must notify us of any hazards, obstacles, or special requirements before we begin work.

Water Supply Access

To perform our pressure washing services effectively, we require access to your property's water supply. This includes an outdoor tap or hose connection that we can use to connect our equipment. Please ensure the water supply is turned on and accessible on the day of service. If you do not have an outdoor water connection or if access is restricted, please inform us when booking your service so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Additional charges may apply if we need to bring our own water supply or if special arrangements are required.

Image Usage Rights

By accepting our quote and allowing us to perform services, you grant Horizon Pressure Washing the right to:

  • Take photographs and videos of the work performed, including before and after images or videos
  • Use these images for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all media platforms
  • Display these images on our website, social media accounts, advertising materials, and portfolio
  • Use these images in testimonials, case studies, and other marketing content without additional compensation

If you do not wish for us to use images of your property, you must inform us in writing before we begin work. We will respect your request and will not use such images for marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing personal information such as house numbers, license plates, or other identifying information, or will blur such information if present in images used for marketing.

Payment Terms

Payment Process

Once we have completed the job, you will receive an email with payment options. This email will include all available payment methods and instructions for completing your payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (details provided in payment email)
  • Cash payment on the day of service

Important: If paying by cash on the day of service, please note that we do not carry change. Payment must be made in the exact amount.

Payment Deadline

Payment is due within 7 days of service completion. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through legal means.

Liability and Warranty

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Pressure Washing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. However, you are responsible for ensuring your property and any personal items are adequately insured. We recommend moving or covering any valuable or fragile items before we begin work.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within this period, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. This warranty does not cover damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, vandalism, or pre-existing conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If we have already begun work, you may be charged for work completed.

Environmental Considerations

We are committed to using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and methods where possible. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any water runoff complies with local regulations and does not cause damage to neighboring properties or the environment.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, the following applies:

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws
  • The arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction where the services were performed
  • Each party will bear their own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise required by law

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
